Once orders are placed and payment has been taken I am unfortunately unable to process a refund or an exchange on any of my pieces.
These products are made on order and the materials used are up-cycled which is what it makes your pieces unique to any other.
However if there are any issues or queries please do contact me, in order for me to try and resolve any disputes.

SHIPPING INFO
Once orders are placed please allow 7-10 business days to create the product. Once created I ship within 3-5 working days using Royal Mail Track and Trace.
Please note: in order to ensure your purchase arrives safely you will have to be in for the delivery in order to sign.
At the minute I only ship within the UK and to ROI.
Unfortunately it is out of my control after I ship the order however any issues please contact me.
